Job Description:

 Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and lead company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for potential candidates
    .
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate requirements.
Employment Branding: Promote the company's reputation, values, and culture to attract top talent.
Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) to enhance hiring processes.
Relationship Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners.
Onboarding Support: Ensure a seamless transition for new employees, including, in some roles, managing the onboarding process.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, typically 3-8+ years in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, employment laws, and HR compliance.
