Job Description:

• HR Operations: Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll administration, and performance management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act), and company policies.
• Administration: Oversee facility maintenance, security services, housekeeping, and front office operations.
• Employee Relations: Resolve employee grievances, maintain employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Vendor Management: Handle vendor relations and contracts for administrative services. 
   

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRMS software.
• Competencies: Strong knowledge of labor legislation, excellent organizational skills, and high confidentiality.
