Job Description:

• Operational Excellence: Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to maximize efficiency and patient care.
• Leadership & Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise homecare staff (nurses, caregivers, staff), ensuring strong leadership.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet state/local healthcare regulations and maintain safety standards.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate strategic and operational objectives to drive growth and profitability.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, forecast financial targets, and analyze data to improve profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve the quality of customer service. 
   

• Experience: Proven experience in homecare healthcare operations.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills managing and leading staff.
• Education: Degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and organizational effectiveness.
