Job Description:

• Strategy & Planning: Define and implement AI/ML roadmap, integrating Generative AI (LLMs) and advanced AI/ML solutions into existing IT workflows.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business/IT processes to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent optimization.
• AI Development & Architecture: Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML models, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector database searching, and agentic AI applications.
• MLOps Leadership: Establish and manage MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and mentor a team of engineers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices in software engineering and AI.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. 
   

• Experience: 7–12 years in AI/ML, Data Science, or related IT roles, with proven team leadership.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, alongside hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• AI Specialization: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Agentic AI (langgraph, CrewAI), and Deep Learning.
• Infrastructure: Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and API frameworks (FastAPI).
• Data Knowledge: Working knowledge of pyspark and big data tools.
