Job Description:

Responsibilities
 
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate cold and warm calls to generate leads, pitch products, and close sales.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, answer questions, and determine which prospects are ready for the sales team.
  • Objection Handling:
     Address customer concerns, resolve doubts, and provide suitable product alternatives.
Database Management: Log all interactions, update contact information, and track lead status in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Follow-Ups: Nurture relationships by scheduling call-backs and following up on interested prospects.
 
 
Essential Skills & Requirements
 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Resilience: High tolerance for rejection and the ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or Zoho) and basic computer/spreadsheet skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain product features and benefits.
