Job Description:

Responsibilities
 
  • Visual Conceptualization: Translate rough ideas and strategic marketing briefs into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Asset Creation: Design diverse collateral including social media graphics, websites, packaging, brochures, and presentations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to company or client brand guidelines regarding logos, fonts, and color usage
    .
Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams, copywriters, and creative directors to brainstorm campaigns and refine messaging.
Revisions & Formatting: Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, incorporate feedback, and finalize files for print or digital production.
 
 
Essential Skills
 
  • Design Software: Proficiency in industry-standard applications like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong eye for composition, color theory, typography, and the seven core principles of design.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
  • Communication: Capacity to clearly explain design choices and accept constructive feedback gracefully.
