Job Description:

• Platform Design: Create and maintain comprehensive observability architectures (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, ELK Stack, Dynatrace).
• Instrumentation: Instrument application code and infrastructure to collect telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces).
• Alerting & Visualization: Develop dashboards and actionable alerts to reduce noise and identify anomalies quickly.
• Incident Response: Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of system performance issues.
• SLI/SLO Management: Define and track Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs) to align with reliability targets.
• Collaboration: Work with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure observability is built into the development lifecycle ("shift left" approach).
• Automation: Utilize infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash) to manage monitoring tools. 
   

• Experience: 1–4+ years in systems monitoring, observability, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK/Elastic Stack, or Dynatrace.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry) and log management principles.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
