Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Tendering: Lead end-to-end tender processes, request for proposals (RFPs), and evaluate complex supplier bids.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable pricing, delivery terms, and service-level agreements with key vendors.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build long-term vendor partnerships, monitor performance metrics, and resolve delivery or pricing disputes.
Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure all purchases strictly align with organizational rules, budget limitations, and legal standards.
Spend & Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, perform cost-benefit evaluations, and track department budgets. 
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and enterprise software like SAP, Oracle, or e-procurement platforms.
