Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end data management, backup, and recovery architectures combining Hewlett Packard Enterprise hardware/infrastructure with Commvault data protection software. 
Technical Validation & Proof of Concept (POC): Lead POCs and demonstrations to prove backup throughput, restore speeds, and recovery time objectives (RTO/RPO). 
RFP/RFI Support: Answer technical sections of Requests for Proposals, build sizing estimates, and provide competitive positioning against other vendors. 
Customer Engagement: Present complex technical tradeoffs and business cases to both IT administrators and executive stakeholders. 
Cyber Resiliency: Design ransomware-resilient strategies, including immutable storage and isolated clean-room recovery options.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5 to 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, storage engineering, or technical presales roles.
Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of backup and recovery, hybrid cloud integration, virtualization, and enterprise storage arrays.
Product Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with Commvault data management suites and HPE storage or server infrastructure.
Soft Skills: Strong executive presentation, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
