Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee daily construction activities and make sure work follows architectural designs and engineering plans.
Setting Out and Surveying: Check property lines, measure levels, and set out the site layout so builders place components in the correct spots.
Quality Control: Test materials and inspect completed work to make sure it meets industry standards and legal codes.
Safety Management: Enforce health and safety rules on site, spot hazards, and ensure workers wear proper gear.
Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot design issues or equipment problems on the fly and offer practical fixes.
Material and Resource Management: Estimate material needs, track deliveries, and prevent waste on site.
Communication and Coordination: Act as the link between the main office, clients, contractors, and architects.
Documentation and Reporting: Write daily progress reports, log site data, and update work schedules.
