Job Description:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow market share within central/state government departments, defense, and PSUs.
• Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end tender process, including identifying opportunities, preparing technical/commercial bids (RFP, RFQ, EOI), and navigating government procurement portals like GeM.
• Relationship Management: Build high-trust relationships with key government officials, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve or exceed individual and team revenue and collection targets.
• Sales Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular, data-driven revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to ensure favorable contract terms while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. 
   

• Experience: 8–12+ years of B2G sales experience, preferably in technology, IT hardware, or enterprise solutions.
• Government Knowledge: Deep understanding of government procurement laws, procedures, and E-marketplaces.
• Networking: Strong existing network within PSUs, Defense, Railways, or State/Central Government departments.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.
