Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Cost Planning & Budgeting: Develop and oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial control across multiple work packages.
Tendering & Procurement: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and manage subcontractor procurement and contracts.
Contract Administration: Evaluate variations, assess change work orders, and negotiate final accounts with stakeholders.
Valuations & Payments: Verify and certify contractor payment applications and running bills.
Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and mentor junior and assistant quantity surveyors. 
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: Generally 7 to 15+ years of experience in quantity surveying and contract administration.
Certifications: Professional memberships like RICS (MRICS) are frequently required.
Skills: Proficient in cost-estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and standard contract forms like FIDIC
