Job Description:

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead high-value contract negotiations for materials and services, aiming to minimize costs without sacrificing quality.
• Vendor Management: Develop and evaluate vendor qualifications, conduct on-site audits, and maintain a qualified vendor database.
• Project Procurement: Actively secure long-lead items, prepare bid documents, and manage purchase orders to align with project schedules.
• Technical Compliance: Liaise with engineering teams to ensure all procured items meet technical specifications, quality standards, and code requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., delays, price fluctuations) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior procurement engineers and coordinate with cost control, engineering, and construction departments. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement, specifically within EPC/EPCM projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
