Job Description:

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for high-value technical contracts, materials, and services to achieve best-value, quality, and cost savings.
• Technical Procurement Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate procurement.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate vendor qualifications, audit supplier performance, and maintain a robust vendor database.
• Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop procurement schedules, monitor deliveries for critical long-lead items, and manage procurement budgets.
• Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Identify potential supply chain risks and implement strategies to reduce risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior procurement staff, review their work, and optimize team workflow. 
   

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in technical procurement, ideally in EPC, EPCM, or manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
