Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Management: Develops and implements operational policies, drives efficiency, and ensures compliance with regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentors junior staff, manages HR functions (hiring, payroll, performance management), and fosters a positive work culture

Performance Tracking: Monitors performance metrics, analyzes operational data, and prepares reports for senior management.
Stakeholder Liaison: Interacts with government officials, vendors, and external partners while managing security or logistics, particularly in administrative roles.
Decision Making: Resolves complex issues and makes data-driven decisions to support company growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3+ years in a related operational or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational skills, and proficiency in vendor or budget management.
