Job Description:

• System Architecture: Designing complete brand systems from the ground up, including primary and secondary logo systems, typography, color palettes, and icon styles.
• Brand Guardianship: Acting as the "guardian" of brand standards, providing constructive feedback on design applications and managing brand helpdesks to support internal teams and external partners.
• Guideline Development: Creating and maintaining comprehensive brandbooks that define layout rules (grids, spacing), image direction, and usage "do's and don'ts".
• Digital Identity Management: Translating brand guidelines into web-ready design logic and UX foundations, collaborating with developers to ensure digital consistency.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partnering with senior leadership and marketing teams to ensure the corporate identity reflects the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Asset Production: Overseeing the design of high-stakes corporate materials such as executive presentations, annual reports, white papers, and exhibition signage. 

• Experience: Typically 5–9+ years of professional experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communications.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: High-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Soft Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
