Job Description:

• Strategic Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models (DCF, scenario analysis, sensitivity) for long-range plans and rolling forecasts.
• Variance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results against budgets/forecasts, identifying root causes for variances, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Business Partnering: Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, HR, Ops) to drive financial performance, align operational goals with financial targets, and optimize cost structures.
• Process Optimization: Lead improvements in FP&A tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI) to enhance forecasting accuracy and reduce cycle times.
• Project Leadership: Act as the FP&A lead on projects, providing oversight on project finances, reporting packages, and mentorship to junior analysts. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Experience: 3–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management consulting.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint (presentations).
• Systems: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan). 
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate large data sets into compelling financial narratives ["storytelling"].
• Communication: Proven ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
