Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue within assigned territories, targeting large enterprises, financial institutions (BFSI), and regulated industries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with account executives, marketing, and technical pre-sales teams to cross-sell AI solutions and maximize market reach.
  • Complex Deal Management: Lead long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, managing high-value opportunities from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Customer Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI governance, privacy risks, regulatory compliance (GDPR/DPDP Act), and data security, especially in the context of Generative AI.
  • Channel Partnerships: Build and expand relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to accelerate deal flow.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor AI and cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and emerging threats to position company solutions as market leaders.
     
 
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 10-15+ years in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, data management, or SaaS.
  • Technical Understanding: Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and providing mentorship.
  • Executive Presence: Strong network and ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, CTO).
