Job Description:

• Vendor Registration & Prequalification: Manage the end-to-end process of vendor registration on client portals, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and submit detailed documentation including Company Profiles, QMS (Quality Management Systems), HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and financial records.
• Compliance & Technical Review: Verify that all submissions meet regulatory and client-specific requirements (e.g., IN-Country Value (ICV) certification in UAE).
• Communication & Support: Liaise between internal teams and client procurement departments regarding clarifications, resubmissions, and approvals.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the status of submissions, maintain a database of approved vendors, and report on certification renewals. 
   

• Experience: Usually 1-5+ years in vendor prequalification, registration, or procurement, particularly in sectors like Oil & Gas, construction, or engineering.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of QHSE policies, technical tender documentation, and procurement systems.
• Skills: High organizational skills, excellent English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and database management.
