Responsibilities

Lab Management: Facilitate practical, hands-on experiments while enforcing strict safety rules, handling chemicals, and maintaining scientific equipment.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through exams, quizzes, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
Student Engagement: Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment and encourage participation in extracurricular activities like science fairs or clubs.
Communication: Maintain records of student performance, attend staff meetings, and regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Education field.
Certification: A valid state teaching license or credential (e.g., B.Ed or state-issued certification).
Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in modern digital learning tools.
