Job Description:

Responsibilities
Emergency Response & Trauma Care: Act as the first point of contact for medical crises. Perform triage, administer first aid, and stabilize patients until advanced medical intervention is accessible.
Occupational Health & Wellness: Conduct routine medical check-ups, monitor crew health, and provide preventive care or occupational health promotions. 
Evacuation Coordination: Initiate and manage medical evacuations, which includes liaising with onshore physicians and helicopter or boat transport teams. 
Clinic Administration: Manage the inventory of medical supplies, ensure drugs and equipment are stocked and valid, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Safety Compliance: Oversee infection control protocols and participate in facility safety drills, such as H2S and fire drills. 
Essential Requirements
Qualifications & Licensure: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree and active regional licensure (e.g., DOH or HAAD for UAE-based roles). 
Specialized Certifications: Mandatory life support certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and trauma care certifications (e.g., ITLS, PHTLS). 
Experience: Typically requires 2-4 years minimum clinical experience, preferably in Emergency Rooms (ER), Intensive Care Units (ICU), or remote/industrial occupational health.
Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions in isolated environments.
