Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a courteous, professional demeanor.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and managing calendars or meeting schedules.
Mail & Deliveries: Sort, distribute daily mail, and coordinate courier or dispatch services.
Office Security: Maintain workplace safety protocols by issuing visitor badges, managing sign-in sheets, and monitoring access.Environment Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, conference rooms, and waiting spaces are clean, tidy, and fully stocked with required supplies. 
Requirements & Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar customer-facing administrative role.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of office management tools, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional telephone and in-person manner.
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
