Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer/forward calls, and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory, schedule meetings, handle mail/couriers, and perform filing or scanning.
  • Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and email queries.
  • Office Security: Monitor visitor logs, issue badges, and follow security procedures.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Book meeting rooms and assist with travel arrangements or office events.
     
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
