Job Description:

• Inspections and Testing: Perform routine inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using testing equipment, or conduct software testing to identify defects.
• Documentation and SOPs: Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards in compliance with industry standards (e.g., GLP, ISO).
• Audit and Compliance: Lead or assist in internal and external quality audits to ensure safety regulations are met.
• Quality Analysis: Analyze product data to identify root causes of defects and recommend improvements to the production process.
• Corrective Action: Investigate customer complaints or product issues and ensure resolution, documenting all findings.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering) to improve production processes and increase efficiency. 
   

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to pinpoint small discrepancies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions.
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical issues to team members and stakeholders effectively.
