Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
-Manage the procurement of materials, accessories, and services required for façade projects, including aluminium, glass, hardware, sealants, and related components.
-Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
-Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, stores, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
-Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on pending orders to meet project timelines.
-Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
-Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company quality standards.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
-Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Purchase Officer in the UAE, preferably within the façade, aluminium, glass, or construction industry.
-Strong knowledge of façade materials, aluminium systems, glass products, hardware, and related construction materials.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities under project deadlines.
-Immediate joiners preferred.
