Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Support: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and creating detailed schedules, such as Gantt charts and work breakdown structures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and financial records.
- Communication Hub
:Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor daily progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, flagging them to the project manager.
Resource Coordination: Ensure team members have the necessary resources and tools to complete tasks, including managing schedules and logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 2+ years in project coordination or administration.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and team-oriented tasks.
