Job Description:

• Recruitment & Selection: Post job openings, source candidates via social media/portals, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters.
• Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Facilitate employee joining, induction, documentation, and manage exit interviews and clearance.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain personnel files, track attendance/leave records, assist with payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Office Administration: Oversee office facilities, manage inventory (stationery/equipment), handle vendor management, and organize meetings.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and facilitate a positive work environment. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in HR and administrative roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS/ERP software, and strong communication skills (written/verbal).
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
