Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, plus managing new hire induction and documentation.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Maintaining employee databases, updating HRIS, and supporting payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Employee Relations
:Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, mediating disputes, and organizing engagement activities.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC), and updating company policies.
Performance Management: Assisting with appraisal processes, goal setting, and training needs analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
