Job Description:

Core Responsibilities
Sourcing & Strategy: Plan purchasing strategies, research market trends, and identify profitable vendors or suppliers. 
Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements to secure the best value while mitigating legal and financial risks. 
Supplier Management: Evaluate vendor performance, resolve delivery or quality issues, and build long-term relationships with business partners. 
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor spending, manage departmental budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives across supply chains. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Production teams to align purchasing needs with overall company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
Key Skills: Strong negotiation, data analysis, risk management, and project management capabilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools and procurement management software.
