Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with document filing and maintaining procurement records.
-Support the preparation of Material Requisitions and procurement-related documentation.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and record management.
-Provide general administrative support to the Procurement Department.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of work experience within Abu Dhabi.
-Previous experience in procurement, administration, or a related support role is preferred.
-Good organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualification:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering will be considered an advantage.
