Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT solutions
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and performance feedback
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
Manage key accounts and support the team in closing major deals
Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Build strong relationships with corporate and SME clients
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of IT sales experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Manager / Sales Supervisor
Mandatory UAE market experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Experience in B2B IT sales
Existing client base in the UAE
