Job Description:

• System Architecture & Design: Define and develop complex system architectures, including hardware and software requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Lead engineering teams, provide technical guidance, and make critical decisions regarding system integration, testing, and validation.
• Requirements Management: Translate customer needs into functional system requirements and documentation.
• Project Management & Compliance: Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget constraints, adhering to standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, IEEE).
• Performance Optimization: Analyze, test, and tune systems for optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary technical interface with customers and cross-functional teams. 
   

• Experience: Generally 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or related technical fields, often with leadership experience.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, modeling tools (e.g., SysML), and scripting/programming languages (e.g., Linux, Python).
• Leadership: Strong ability to influence without authority, mentor junior staff, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
