Job Description:

• Schedule Development: Define project scopes by translating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical drawings into logical Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activities. 
• Progress Monitoring: Track site progress against baseline plans using Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), keeping project managers continuously informed of timeline health. 
• Critical Path Method (CPM): Identify critical path activities and major milestones to forecast potential project bottlenecks and direct team priorities. 
• Resource Optimization: Integrate manpower, equipment, and material procurement data with the core schedule to predict peak demands and avoid idleness.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Formulate professional project tracking visuals, including S-curves, monthly client progress reports, and management dashboards. 
• Contractual Support: Document project data, delays, and variations to justify extensions of time (EOT) or financial claims against contractors or clients. 

• Core Scheduling Software: Mastery of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Data Management: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for compiling labor histograms, cash flow plans, and tracking sheets.
• Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Analysis, and project lifecycle management.
• Document Literacy: High competency in interpreting engineering specifications, construction drawings, and complex contract terms (such as FIDIC or NEC).
