Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Change Management: Create and roll out change management plans to help staff adapt smoothly to business growth, restructuring, or new systems.
Talent & Performance Management: Oversee talent programs, including succession planning, competency mapping, and performance evaluation tools. 
Employee Engagement: Run employee surveys, analyze satisfaction scores, and organize team-building activities. 
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted learning programs or leadership workshops. 
Data & Analytics: Build HR dashboards using tools like Excel or Power BI to track metrics such as retention, headcount, and training impact. 
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OD, Talent Management, or Strategic HR roles.
Skills: Strong communication, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
