Job Description:

• Daily Oversight: Monitoring and managing routine business functions to ensure seamless workflows across all departments.
• Process Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serving as a central point of contact to ensure different teams—such as logistics, finance, and marketing—are aligned with company goals.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Collecting data to monitor 
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for senior management.
• Resource & Vendor Management: Managing budgets and maintaining effective relationships with external suppliers and partners.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all internal processes and external interactions adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
