Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating team calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics to keep operations on track.
- Operational Support: Maintaining inventory levels for supplies and equipment, and preparing reports for management.
- Process Improvement:
Identifying ways to increase efficiency, reduce expenses, and update operational data in systems like CRMs.
Vendor Relations: Serving as the main contact for vendors, managing purchasing, and reviewing invoices.
Communication Bridge: Facilitating communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with office software (spreadsheets, CRM tools) and potentially HR/payroll systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking to proactively solve issues and improve processes.
