Job Description:

• Content Calendar: Develop, plan, and schedule monthly content calendars.
• Platforms: Manage daily activities on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, popular formats, and hashtags.
• Performance Tracking: Track engagement, reach, and user-generated content to refine strategies. 
   

• Visual Assets: Design graphics for social media posts, stories, Reels covers, web banners, and marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand identity (logo usage, color schemes, typography).
• Video Editing: Edit promotional videos, reels, and explainers using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Photography: Capture high-quality images and videos for marketing purposes. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (usually 1-3 years) in social media management and graphic design.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Social Media Tools: Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Video Skills: Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills, creative mindset, and attention to detail.
