Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Management: Localize global marketing strategies for premium, AI-tech automotive brands. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Direct end-to-end digital strategies. Optimize and track website traffic, lead generation funnels, paid media campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok), and SEO/UI improvements.
- Campaign & Budget Management: Allocate marketing spend across initiatives to drive strong acquisition rates and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with creative, media, and digital agencies to develop marketing collateral, launch assets, and seasonal campaigns.
- Public Relations & Influencers: Develop strategic network connections with regional media, automobile journalists, and key influencers. Manage event coverage and test-drive experiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish and monitor KPI dashboards (e.g., website conversion rates, brand health, and campaign performance) to report metrics to senior management.
Typical Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive automotive marketing managerial experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with premium, tech-forward car segments and localized OMODA & JAECOO UAE Careers guidelines.
- Digital Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, CRM databases, paid social media advertising, and content management systems.
- Language & Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and bilingual (e.g., English, Arabic, or Chinese depending on region) skills.
