Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Advertising: Post jobs on career sites and job boards. Proactively hunt for passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and culture fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and administer skills assessments.
Candidate Management: Maintain accurate data on candidates and applicants using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or a recruiting agency.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Familiarity with HR databases and ATS software is highly preferred.
