Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Source candidates, manage job postings, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers with candidate selection. 
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new-hire orientations, process necessary paperwork, and conduct exit interviews. 
  • Employee Relations: Address workplace grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture.
Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, manage performance improvement plans (PIPs), and identify training needs. 
Compliance & Administration: Maintain strict confidentiality of personnel records and ensure all HR policies adhere to local labor regulations.
Payroll & Benefits: Assist in processing payroll, administer health insurance, and resolve employee benefits inquiries. 
 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and basic data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
