Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department managers to write job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate salary packages.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design welcoming onboarding programs, facilitate new-hire paperwork, and conduct smooth exit interviews for departing staff.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and advise on disciplinary issues.
- Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, manage promotion processes, and identify staff training needs.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures comply with relevant state and national employment laws.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, problem-solving, active listening, and strong communication abilities.
