* End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
* Employee relations & HR operations
* Payroll, visa processing & HR administration
* Performance management & employee engagement
* UAE Labour Law compliance
* Light Executive Assistant support to the CEO when required
Requirements:
* 7–8 years of HR experience
* 4–5 years of UAE HR experience
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
* Experience in recruitment, payroll, visas & HR operations
* Ability to work independently.
* Startup mindset and experience working in fast-paced, growing organizations is highly preferred.
