Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with C-level executives and management teams to design long-term HR strategies that support company growth and culture. 
  • Policy & Compliance: Review, develop, and implement company-wide HR policies ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. 
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design end-to-end recruitment strategies, formulate job descriptions, and create assessment methodologies to attract and retain top talent.
Performance & Compensation: Develop performance management systems, competency frameworks, and competitive employee benefits packages. 
Change Management: Lead organizational restructuring, facilitate digital HR transformations (e.g., implementing HRIS/ATS), and assist with mergers or downsizing. 
Conflict Resolution: Conduct impartial investigations into workplace disputes and advise management on resolution or disciplinary actions. 
Essential Skills
  • Deep HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of human resources management practices, labor laws, and industry benchmarks.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and de-escalate conflicts.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to collect and interpret HR data to identify inefficiencies and make informed recommendations.
