Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily duties, train new hires, and evaluate nurse performance.
Patient Care Coordination: Monitor patient health records, accompany doctors on medical rounds, and resolve patient complaints.
Administrative Operations: Order medical supplies and equipment, manage unit inventory, and write reports for facility management.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate and solve issues between staff members, patients, or other medical departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a recognized diploma in nursing.
Licensure: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Several years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
Core Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, organization, and crisis management.
