Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement technology roadmaps that support the company's long-term business goals and digital transformation.
  • Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of hardware, software, networks, and computer systems to ensure high availability and performance. 
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish and enforce strict IT policies to safeguard data, manage network access, and maintain disaster recovery and backup systems. 
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage IT professionals, including system administrators, support technicians, and security analysts. 
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Control the IT budget, evaluate emerging technologies, and negotiate contracts with external service providers and vendors. 
Core Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including management. 
  • Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing platforms, network architecture, and data governance. 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities with a proven track record of bridging technical and business teams.
