Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement overarching HR strategies, systems, and policies that support the company’s vision and long-term goals.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, and design onboarding programs to attract and retain top performers.
Performance & Compensation: Manage performance appraisal systems, drive leadership development, and administer competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Employee Relations: Champion a positive work environment, resolve workplace conflicts, and address employee grievances.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR practices, benefits, and labor operations adhere to regional and federal employment laws.
HR Analytics: Provide decision support to executive leadership by tracking and reporting key HR metrics and workforce trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including several years in a senior leadership or management role.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws, labor relations, and best practices in organizational development.
Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
