Job Description:
Responsibilities
Diagnostics: Examine teeth and gums, review medical histories, and interpret X-rays to identify decay or diseases.
Treatment Planning: Create customized care plans and discuss options, risks, and costs with patients.
Restorative Care: Fill cavities, treat root canals, and install crowns, bridges, or dentures.
Surgery & Relief: Perform tooth extractions, treat soft-tissue conditions, and manage dental emergencies.
Preventive Education: Teach proper brushing, flossing, and diet habits to prevent oral disease.
Team Leadership: Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and front-desk workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Hold a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry / Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from an accredited university.
Licensure: Maintain an active state or national dental license and current CPR/BLS certification.
Skills: Strong manual dexterity, patient communication, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail.
