Job Description:

• Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure total adherence to food laws (FSSAI), packaging, labelling, and environmental regulations.
• Commercial Contracts & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value agreements, including vendor, distributor, and manufacturing contracts.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Manage legal risks, handle consumer disputes, and oversee external legal counsel.
• Intellectual Property Protection: Protect brand trademarks, patents, and copyright to prevent infringement.
• Corporate Governance & Advisory: Advise on legal risks in business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance at factory levels and resolve employment-related disputes. 
   

• Education: LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 10–18+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Knowledge: Expertise in FSSAI, Consumer Protection Act, and Intellectual Property Law.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
