Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Assess Clients: Evaluate health history, body measurements, and physical fitness levels.
Design Programs: Create custom workout plans for cardio and strength training.
Demonstrate Exercises: Show proper form and safe use of gym equipment.
Monitor Progress: Track client results and adjust routines as needed.
Educate on Diet: Provide basic tips on nutrition, healthy eating, and recovery.
Maintain Safety: Enforce gym hygiene rules and provide basic CPR or first aid if an emergency happens.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma; a degree in sports science, kinesiology, or exercise science is preferred.
Certification: Professional credentials from accredited groups like NASM or ACE.
Safety Training: Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and motivational abilities.
