Job Description:

Responsibilities
System Deployment: Oversee the installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, and Building Management Systems (BMS). 
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system diagnostics, performance tests, and functional acceptance testing with clients.
Site Management: Supervise subcontractors and technicians, plan daily duties, and ensure compliance with site health and safety protocols. 
Documentation: Prepare technical reports, inspection requests (MIR), work inspection requests (WIR), and assist in creating as-built drawings. 
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve design discrepancies and field-level implementation challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or IT/Telecommunications.
Experience: Typically 1 to 5+ years handling on-site ELV infrastructure in commercial, industrial, or smart city projects.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with VMS platforms, fiber optics, and structured cabling certifications (e.g., Systimax, Excel) is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong project coordination, troubleshooting capabilities, and clear communication.
